Minimum Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Graphic Design or related field
• Five or more years of experience in a Senior Graphic Design role
• Strong experience in design management and leadership
• Excellent knowledge of typography, layout, branding, and creative design processes
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, etc.)
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Additional advantages:

• Three to five years of management experience in a design leadership role
• Experience in the gambling, entertainment, or advertising industry

 

 

 

Key Responsibilities

Creative Leadership & Team Management

• Lead and manage the graphic design team pod, ensuring all 360-degree projects are executed with excellence.
• Oversee and guide Junior, Midweight, Senior Designers, and Team Leaders.
• Conduct performance reviews and recommend training and development for team members.
• Inspire, mentor, and motivate the design team while maintaining a high standard of work.

Creative Conceptualization & Execution

• Manage creative brainstorming, conceptualizing, and execution of design projects.
• Review, approve, and present creative work to internal management and business teams.
• Ensure all artwork meets the brand’s guidelines, legal requirements, and creative standards.
• Stay updated with design trends, techniques, and industry best practices.

Project & Workflow Management

• Manage daily design workflow, allocating jobs via a job ticket system.
• Ensure smooth collaboration between creative heads, traffic managers, video editors, and copywriters.
• Maintain and organize design files, stock libraries, and digital assets.
• Monitor design progress, ensuring all work aligns with deadlines and priorities.

Strategic Planning & Brand Development

• Develop and oversee the look, feel, and quality of all creative work.
• Assist in brand guide (CI) development for different Hollywoodbets entities.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of creative processes and efficiency within the team.
