Duties and Responsibilities

Stock Management

• Apply correct stock control measures in-store and in backup areas
• Minimize and manage product returns as per store work plans
• Avoid out-of-stock situations and report issues promptly
• Place accurate, timely orders based on the ordering schedule
• Ensure shelves are always clean, neat, and well-stocked

Equipment and Product Maintenance

• Follow company policies on crate and equipment management
• Maintain store fridges and display shelves per provided planograms
• Ensure proper product labeling and point-of-sale material placement

 

 

 

Customer and Business Relationship Management

• Build and maintain positive relationships with store management, Area Managers (AM), Head Office (HO), customers, and fellow merchandisers
• Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure the best in-store product representation

Administrative Responsibilities

• Maintain relevant administrative records accurately and promptly
• Seize all in-store opportunities to enhance product visibility and sales
