VIP (Security) Officers are responsible for creating and maintaining a safe environment for guests and employees by securing premises, monitoring surveillance equipment, and patrolling activities. The role also involves preventing loss and theft and reporting any irregularities or suspicious behavior.

Minimum Requirements

• Registered with PSIRA (Private Security Industry Regulatory Authority)
• Previous security experience

Key Responsibilities

Security Operations

• Arrive 15 minutes before branch opening.
• Conduct perimeter patrols before and after business hours.
• Remain vigilant and alert at all times, monitoring surroundings for suspicious activity.
• Conduct floor walks to ensure everything is in order.
• Assist with stock deliveries, alarm tests, and daily reports by 10:00 AM.
• Maintain fully charged two-way radios and panic buttons for emergency use.
• Monitor entrances, search guests using scanners, and ensure compliance with security protocols.
• Prevent unauthorized items such as bags, weapons, and alcohol from entering the premises.
• Ensure the smooth flow of traffic and manage vehicle entry and exit.
• Follow closing procedures to secure the premises.

Guest Service

• Greet guests with a welcoming attitude.
• Provide excellent customer service by being friendly, helpful, and professional.
• Address guest complaints and ensure feedback is communicated effectively.
• Promote a customer-centric culture within the branch.
• Ensure every guest leaves with a positive experience.

Compliance & Conduct

• Wear the complete Amadoda uniform, including a name badge.
• Scan all individuals entering the premises, including team members.
• Enforce security policies, including age restrictions and no-credit betting rules.
• Do not place bets while on duty.
• Maintain professionalism—no sitting, phone use, eating, or smoking while on duty.
• Report absenteeism at least two hours before the shift begins.
• Work flexible hours and rotating shifts as required.
