We are thrilled to announce our 18-month Early Childhood Development (ECD) Level 4 Learnership, set to commence from April 1, 2024, to September 30, 2025, in the expansive Cape Town area.

This learnership offers more than just a qualification; it’s a transformative experience that equips you with the skills and knowledge needed for a rewarding career in early childhood education. At the end of the program, you’ll receive a SETA-accredited Early Childhood Level 4 Qualification.

Who Can Apply?

We invite South African citizens between 18 and 28 years, with a Grade 11 or 12 pass, and a genuine passion for ECD. Whether you’re currently unemployed or seeking a career change, if you meet the criteria, we encourage you to apply.

Key Criteria

• Valid South African ID
• Reside in the Cape Town area.
• Clean criminal record
• Previous experience in an ECD center (beneficial but not required)
• Commitment to an 18-month ECD learnership contract
