Requirements:

  • Grade 12 or equivalent qualification with computer literacy.
  • 18 Months N6 qualification or National Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management.
  • Minimum of one (1) year human resource management experience in a Public Health environment (added advantage).
  • Sound knowledge of HR Acts and Prescripts—interpretation and implementation.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Good interpersonal relations.

 



 

 

Duties:

  • Conduct recruitment and selection processes in line with relevant Acts and Policies.
  • Manage leave, capture PMDS documents on PERSAL as required by DPSA.
  • Process and submit all HR mandates to E-Government.
  • Handle salary and personnel-related matters.
  • Manage HR administrative aspects efficiently (appointments, transfers, termination, grade progression, salary administration, conditions of service).
  • Assist with PILIR management and reporting.
  • Manage overtime.
  • Provide accurate information and advice to stakeholders.
  • Address HR administration inquiries and perform any other duties delegated by supervisors.
  • Work under pressure and meet deadlines.

  • Submit a fully completed and signed new Z83 form with a detailed, recently updated CV.
  • No need to attach copies of qualifications, identity document, and driver’s license at the application stage. These will be requested from shortlisted candidates.
