McDonald’s Crew Member

McDonald’s is looking for enthusiastic Crew Members to join our restaurant teams. As a Crew Member, you’ll be the face of our restaurant, ensuring a friendly atmosphere and excellent service for customers. This role involves taking orders, preparing food to high standards, keeping the restaurant clean, and working as part of a team to achieve sales goals. Flexibility, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn are essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Attend shifts punctually and complete tasks efficiently.
• Greet customers warmly and provide a welcoming experience.
• Take and process orders accurately and quickly.
• Prepare menu items following McDonald’s recipes and quality standards.
• Package orders correctly for dine-in, drive-thru, or delivery.
• Operate kitchen equipment such as fryers, grills, and ovens safely.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen and front-of-house areas.
• Monitor stock levels and manage inventory efficiently.
• Work collaboratively with team members and managers to meet sales targets.
• Handle customer complaints politely and ensure satisfaction.
• Follow safety, security, and food hygiene procedures at all times.
• Be adaptable to work different shifts, including weekends and evenings.

Requirements

• Matric / Grade 12.
• Proficient in English.
• Must live within 15km of the branch.
• Clear criminal record.

Preferences (Optional)

• Previous experience as a Crew Member or in customer service.
• Candidates between 18 and 65 years old.
