The Opportunity
We’re hiring X10 FICA Compliance Administrators to ensure adherence to internal policies, Risk Management Compliance Procedures, and the FIC Act. If you’re analytical, detail-oriented, and passionate about compliance, this role is your chance to shine as a Purple Star.

Key Responsibilities
As a FICA Compliance Administrator, you will:

  • Monitor unusual online client activity based on preset parameters to identify potential money laundering indicators.
  • Ensure all reportable cash transactions (singular or aggregated) are submitted to FIC within 48 hours.
  • Collect, analyze, and distribute data and queries effectively.
  • Escalate unresolved queries to senior staff promptly.
  • Monitor GOAML accounts daily for notifications and ensure timely responses.
  • Assist in improving compliance procedures and maintaining confidentiality.
  • Complete ad hoc tasks and provide reports to management as required.

 



 

 

Requirements

Minimum:

  • 1–2 years of administrative experience.
  • Proficiency in computer applications.

Preferred:

  • Matric with English and Mathematics.
  • Diploma/Degree (completed or in progress) in accounting or auditing.
  • Valid driver’s license.
