General Retail Assistant, Loss Controller & Driver Jobs

Essential Health Pharmacy Group is looking for experienced and reliable candidates to fill multiple roles across its pharmacy network in the Western Cape. These roles combine responsibilities in retail support, stock control, loss prevention, and driving, making them ideal for individuals with strong all-round operational experience.

Positions: General Retail Assistant | Loss Controller | Driver
Location: Claremont, Wellington, Brackenfell, Kuils River (Western Cape)
Job Type: Full-Time

Minimum Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of work experience
• Experience in Warehouse, FMCG, or Pharmaceutical environments (advantageous)
• Valid Code B/EB driver’s licence (non-endorsed)
• Minimum 10 years driving experience with a clean record
• Ability to maintain accurate inventory and delivery records
• Ability to identify theft risks and implement preventative measures
• Basic computer literacy

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with general retail and pharmacy duties
• Support stock control and inventory management
• Perform delivery duties when required
• Monitor and prevent stock losses
• Maintain accurate delivery and stock records
• Assist with housekeeping and maintaining a clean environment
• Support overall pharmacy operations
