Microsoft Certified IT Technician

Essential Health Pharmacy Group is seeking a skilled Microsoft Certified IT Technician to join their Head Office team in Brackenfell. This role involves a combination of IT infrastructure, systems management, and networking, supporting both central operations and pharmacy branches.

Key Responsibilities

• Install and configure IT equipment including computers, laptops, IP phones, and CCTV systems
• Maintain and support computer networks
• Implement and manage firewalls, antivirus software, and data security systems
• Troubleshoot and resolve network and system issues
• Provide end-user support and resolve software-related problems
• Monitor and maintain software solutions
• Support software integration and infrastructure
• Provide on-site network support
• Manage Microsoft Server environments
• Ensure alignment between IT systems and business objectives
• Maintain awareness of latest technology trends and improvements
• Deliver efficient and cost-effective IT support
• Travel between pharmacy branches when required
• Perform ad hoc IT support duties

Minimum Requirements

• Completed IT-related qualification
• Microsoft Office Expert Level Certification (Required)
• Advanced Excel skills (Required)

Experience

• 3–5 years in a similar IT role (desirable)
• Linux experience (advantageous)
• Knowledge of Unisolv Pharmacy system (advantageous)
