PEP Home is seeking an energetic and results-driven Store Manager to lead its team in Caledon. This role involves driving sales, managing store operations, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience.

Minimum Requirements

• Grade 12
• Proficiency in English
• A degree/diploma in business or retail management (advantageous)
• 1–2 years of retail experience in a leadership role
• Computer literacy (Microsoft or Google Suite)

• Maintain stock control and store presentation
• Manage staff training, performance, and motivation
• Ensure compliance with financial and administrative policies
