Clover is currently recruiting for a Sales Representative: Emerging Markets to maximise sales across smaller retail outlets. The successful candidate will be responsible for building customer relationships, increasing product visibility, and driving consistent sales growth within the assigned region.

Minimum Requirements

• Grade 12 (NQF Level 4)
• National Diploma
• Fluent in Business English
• Valid Code 10 driver’s licence

Key Responsibilities

Increase Sales Volumes

• Prepare route plans and follow call cycles
• Complete sales administration
• Engage with customers at store level
• Identify and respond to customer needs
• Source new business and grow customer base

Customer Service & Sales Support

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Support customers with sales processes
• Ensure product availability in stores
• Minimise stock returns
• Maintain product visibility and shelf presence

Sales Monitoring & Reporting

• Track and report sales per outlet and product category
• Implement and monitor pricing strategies
• Ensure compliance with fridge and product standards

Product Optimisation

• Promote and expand product range
• Introduce new products and brands
• Coordinate product launches and promotions
