Minimum Requirements

To be considered for this learnership, applicants must have:

• Grade 12 with Mathematics (not Mathematical Literacy) and English
• Medically fit to work in a mining environment
• Clear security screening record
• Valid driver’s license (if applicable)
• Relevant experience in a mining or related environment (advantageous)

Programme Objectives

• Successfully complete all modules within the specified timeframe
• Understand the programme objectives and associated tasks
• Report any concerns or obstacles encountered
• Follow all company policies and procedures

Safety, Health, and Environment (SHE)

• Adhere to all legal and safety regulations
• Conduct all work according to required standards and training
• Attend SHE meetings when required
• Use prescribed safety equipment at all times
• Identify and report hazardous situations

Reporting

• Compile progress reports for review by stakeholders
• Report any inconsistencies or obstacles in the programme
• Provide ideas and recommendations for improvement
