Job Description

As a Technical Support Consultant, you will be responsible for providing technical support to iStore customers, resolving technical issues, and offering software support. You’ll also have the opportunity to provide training and assistance to customers when needed, ensuring professional and high-quality support service.

Requirements

  • Completed Matric and IT qualification (minimum A+/N+)
  • Experience in Helpdesk/1st Line Support
