Job Purpose
The Department of Cultural Affairs and Sport, Western Cape Government, is seeking a qualified and competent individual to provide contract administration services in supply chain management.

Minimum Requirements
- Appropriate 3-year National Diploma/B-Degree (or higher qualification)
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Supply Chain Management
Recommendation
- Valid code B (or higher) driving license

- Monitor, analyze, and ensure proper contract administration
- Monitor contract compliance and supplier performance
- Handle people management responsibilities
Competencies
- Knowledge of policy development, PFMA, NTRs, PTIs, and BEE
- Understanding of procurement policies, procedures, and contract management
- Skills in planning, organizing, interpersonal communication, numeracy, and conflict management
- Proficiency in computer literacy, report writing, problem-solving, and decision making
Remuneration
R308,154 per annum (Salary level 7)
