Job Purpose
The Department of Cultural Affairs and Sport, Western Cape Government, is seeking a qualified and competent individual to provide contract administration services in supply chain management.

Minimum Requirements

  • Appropriate 3-year National Diploma/B-Degree (or higher qualification)
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in Supply Chain Management

Recommendation

  • Valid code B (or higher) driving license
  • People with disabilities that restrict driving abilities but have reasonable access to transport may also apply

  • Monitor, analyze, and ensure proper contract administration
  • Monitor contract compliance and supplier performance
  • Handle people management responsibilities

Competencies

  • Knowledge of policy development, PFMA, NTRs, PTIs, and BEE
  • Understanding of procurement policies, procedures, and contract management
  • Skills in planning, organizing, interpersonal communication, numeracy, and conflict management
  • Proficiency in computer literacy, report writing, problem-solving, and decision making

 



 

 

Remuneration
R308,154 per annum (Salary level 7)
