Job Description

As an Agency Franchise Advisor, you will be instrumental in helping our valued customers achieve their lifetime goals by:

• Identifying financial needs
• Providing sound financial advice
• Recommending and implementing “fit for purpose” financial plans and solutions

Qualifications & Experience

• Senior Certificate (Matric/Grade 12/NQF 4)
• Minimum of 2 years (24 months) experience in the financial services industry
• Regulatory Examination (RE5) and/or financial tertiary qualification
• Applicable Class of Business modules/CPD points for the cycle complete (where applicable)
• Clear Criminal and Credit Record

Personal Effectiveness

• Strong business acumen and ability to work independently
• Energetic and self-motivated mindset
• Responsible for procuring new business
• Expanding sales of products and services to existing customers
• Relationship building

 

 

 

Skills & Education

• Bachelors Degree (B)
• High School (Grade 12) (Required)
