Programme Overview

This 12-month Learnership Programme is designed specifically for People Living with Disability, offering both theoretical training and practical work experience. The programme aligns with an NQF Learnership framework and provides foundational skills in literacy, numeracy, communication, computer use, and basic business principles.

 



 

 

Learners will participate in hands-on administrative support tasks that enhance the effectiveness of managers and departments. This work-readiness preparation is ideal for Grade 12 qualified individuals looking to develop professional skills.

  • Matric / Grade 12 qualification

  • Actively participate in the Learnership Programme and complete the required assessments.
