Cleaning Supervisor

Duties & Responsibilities
- Implement work schedules and job cards for each position relevant to the site.
- Maintain high service standards with regular inspections.
- Ensure staff maintain a professional appearance, wearing name badges and upholding the company image.
- Adhere to Tsebo’s cleaning methodologies, policies, quality programs, and safety regulations.
- Perform monthly spot checks on high-value items to maintain and repair equipment.
- Report maintenance and safety issues daily.
- Manage personal health, hygiene, and professional presentation.
- Respond promptly to management requests.
- Foster good morale and motivation through effective communication.
Skills and Competencies
- Minimum of 2 years supervisory experience in a similar environment.
- Knowledge and experience with health and safety standards.
- Attention to detail and a sense of urgency.
- Flexibility to work independently, manage long hours, and work some weekends.
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
Qualifications
- Minimum: Matric/Grade 12
- Preferred: Tertiary qualifications (advantageous)
