Position Overview

• Job Title: Customer Service Officer
• Division: Supply Chain
• Department: Distribution Centre

Purpose

To provide continuous and accurate information to stores regarding order statuses and estimated time of arrivals (ETAs) while addressing store queries promptly and professionally.

Minimum Requirements

• Education:
  • Matric (essential).
  • A Degree/Diploma in Supply Chain is advantageous.
• Experience:
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in warehousing or a similar environment.
• Skills:
  • Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in computer systems and tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Efficiently manage and coordinate store orders, including Jab orders.
• Maintain daily communication with store managers and regional teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Professionally handle and resolve help desk queries.
• Implement and monitor effective pallet control procedures for operational efficiency.
