Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain a robust sales pipeline in the CRM to achieve sales targets and support CAPEX planning.
  • Develop acquisition plans for target accounts to achieve profitable sales growth.
  • Conduct market analysis to understand customer trends and competitor activity, providing insights to enhance Servest’s value propositions.
  • Prepare proposals tailored to customers’ needs, ensuring the best-fit solution is presented.
  • Lead contract discussions within SLA, legislative, and approval frameworks, ensuring agreements are finalized before service implementation.
  • Ensure all required documentation and contract administration is completed and updated in the CRM.
  • Oversee the seamless handover of new business to operational teams to maintain high customer service levels.
  • Drive cross-sell opportunities to increase Servest’s share of wallet with new customers.
  • Support the National Business Development Executives (NBDEs) on tenders and national accounts to enhance conversion rates.

 



 

 

Minimum Requirements

  • Education: Grade 12 (relevant qualifications are advantageous).
  • Experience:
    • 3–5 years of sales experience in the service industry with a proven track record.
    • Familiarity with local market conditions and knowledge of natural turf is a plus.
  • Skills & Attributes:
    • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Fully computer literate.
    • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and under pressure.
    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
    • Team player with a commitment to achieving sales targets.
  • Other Requirements:
    • Valid unendorsed driver’s license and own reliable transport.
    • Willingness to make occasional personal sacrifices to meet deadlines.
