Role Overview

We are seeking passionate and driven Financial Advisors to join our talent pool for the Amathole Region. In this role, you will provide expert financial advice, build lasting client relationships, and contribute to the financial success of our clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with clients to identify financial needs and provide tailored product recommendations.
• Conduct affordability analyses to align solutions with clients’ goals.
• Provide clear and accurate advice on tax and legal implications related to financial products.
• Capture and maintain client information accurately in company systems.
• Meet and exceed sales, quality, and service targets.
• Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and company policies.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain positive client relationships.

Minimum Requirements

• Matric Certificate or equivalent NQF Level 4 qualification.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in sales or customer service.
• Experience in the financial services or insurance industry (advantageous).
• Compliance with FAIS Fit and Proper requirements.
• Finance or Business-related tertiary qualification (preferred).
• Valid driver’s license and own reliable transport (advantageous).
