Role Purpose

To attract, acquire, and retain clients by selling company products, generating new business, and providing after-sales service to ensure client retention, increase market share, and support long-term business goals.

Requirements

  • Education:
    • Matric (NQF 4) or equivalent.
    • Finance or Business-related tertiary qualification (desirable).
  • Experience:
    • 2 years in sales or customer service.
    • 2 years in insurance or financial services (advantageous).
  • Licenses/Certifications:
    • Compliance with FAIS Fit and Proper requirements.
    • Driver’s license and own transport (desirable).

 



 

 

Duties & Responsibilities

Internal Process

  • Engage potential clients, explaining product benefits based on their financial needs.
  • Conduct affordability analysis and offer tailored financial solutions.
  • Provide tax and legal product implications.
  • Ensure accurate data entry and completion of administrative tasks.
  • Meet sales, quality, and conversion targets.
  • Ensure compliance with legislative requirements during the sales process.

Client Services

  • Investigate and resolve client queries within agreed timelines.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to relevant departments.
  • Provide accurate, expert advice and maintain service level agreements.
  • Build and sustain client relationships through trustworthy financial advisory services.

 



 

 

People Management

  • Build collaborative relationships with peers and stakeholders.
  • Participate in change initiatives and contribute innovative ideas.
  • Commit to continuous professional development and career growth.

Financial Management

  • Identify ways to enhance cost-effectiveness and operational efficiency.
