Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12 / NQF Level 4 qualification
- 3–5 years’ experience in cleaning (waste)
- Knowledge of waste management and horticulture
- Basic computer literacy
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and in a team
Advantage:
- Driver’s licence (PrDP)
- Experience in a public hospital or clinical environment
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise cleaning and waste management staff
- Conduct quality inspections
- Manage leave and staff attendance
- Implement discipline and performance management systems
- Manage assets and resources
- Monitor service level agreements with service providers
- Support administrative and logistics functions
