Minimum Requirements

• Grade 12 / NQF Level 4 qualification
• 3–5 years’ experience in cleaning (waste)
• Knowledge of waste management and horticulture
• Basic computer literacy
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under pressure and in a team

Advantage:

• Driver’s licence (PrDP)
• Experience in a public hospital or clinical environment

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise cleaning and waste management staff
• Conduct quality inspections
• Manage leave and staff attendance
• Implement discipline and performance management systems
• Manage assets and resources
• Monitor service level agreements with service providers
• Support administrative and logistics functions
