Key Responsibilities
- Provide secretarial and receptionist support to the Director.
- Render administrative support services.
- Assist with the preparation and administration of meetings.
- Support compliance processes, including audits and staff reporting.
- Study and apply Public Service and departmental policies and procedures.
Minimum Requirements
- Qualifications: Accredited secretarial diploma or administrative qualification (NQF Level 5) with certificate of completion.
- Experience: Proven experience in providing secretarial or administrative support to management.
- Additional Requirements:

- Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel.
- Computer literacy, including proficiency in MS Office (Advanced Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with AI tools for administrative tasks is advantageous.

Remuneration
Annual Salary: R308,154 – R362,994
Benefits: 13th cheque, employer pension fund contribution, housing, and medical aid allowance.
