Duties and Responsibilities

Stock Control

• Apply correct stock control measures in-store and backup areas.
• Minimize and record returns as per store work plan.
• Prevent out-of-stock situations and report promptly.
• Place accurate, timely orders according to ordering schedules.

Shelf and Fridge Maintenance

• Keep products clean and neatly displayed on shelves.
• Ensure fridges are well-maintained.
• Adhere to store flow and merchandising standards.
• Maintain shelf sets based on provided plans.

Point of Sale and Product Presence

• Place and maintain point-of-sale material in designated areas.
• Exploit in-store opportunities to improve product visibility.

Relationship Building

• Build and maintain strong relationships with store management, area managers (AM), head office (HO), customers, and other merchandisers.

Administration

• Maintain relevant documentation and reporting in compliance with company policies.
