Store Manager

Key Responsibilities
- Manage TOPS targets and profitability.
- Oversee stock management and pricing.
- Ensure the effective execution of promotions.
- Handle cash management processes.
- Maintain hygiene and housekeeping standards.
- Manage and motivate staff to achieve store goals.
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Open and close the store as required.
- Collaborate with Distribution Centre (DC) staff.
Minimum Requirements
- FMCG experience is advantageous.
- Minimum of four years’ experience in an FMCG environment.
- High degree of accuracy, speed, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Strong numerical and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication skills for both internal and external customers.
