Introduction

Eskom’s Gauteng Cluster is seeking two Service Agents to join the Contact Centre team. This position involves providing professional customer service by utilizing established processes to support customers effectively.

Minimum Requirements

  • Qualifications: National Diploma/National N Diploma in Business, Finance, Marketing, Commerce, Social Sciences, or Business Management (NQF6 with 240 credits).
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years’ experience in customer service or customer relations.
  • Professional Registration: None required.

Key Responsibilities

As a Service Agent, your primary duties will include:

  1. Inbound Interactions: Manage incoming customer inquiries efficiently.
  2. Back-office Activities: Handle administrative tasks and ensure smooth operations.
  3. Multi-media & Outbound Activities: Engage in outbound and multimedia communication to enhance service delivery.
  4. Customer Service: Provide and improve general customer services, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  5. Marketing and Sales Support: Assist with marketing, sales, and related customer service processes.
  6. Transaction Support: Perform vending, prepaid, and EasyPay activities.
