Senior Clerk
Introduction
The Senior Clerk will perform administrative accounting tasks, including updating, verification, and reconciliation of transactional information. This role also involves providing general office support to ensure instructions, reporting deadlines, and outcomes align with established procedures.

Key Responsibilities
- Transactional Information: Verify transactional data and process payment information accurately.
- Asset and Stock Management: Maintain and update systems related to assets and stock.
- Recordkeeping & Office Support: Perform administrative tasks to ensure proper record management and office functionality.
- Driving Duties: Attend to deliveries, collections, meetings, and depot-related queries.

Minimum Requirements
- Education: Grade 12 (NQF Level 4) or equivalent.
- Experience: 1 year of relevant experience.
- Other: Valid motor vehicle driver’s license and computer literacy.
Preferred Requirements
- 2 years of relevant experience.
Remuneration & Benefits
- Salary: R218,077.44 – R283,086.84 per annum.
- Benefits: Housing subsidy, leave, medical aid, pension fund, and a 13th cheque.
