Minimum Requirements

• No formal qualification required
• Previous housekeeping experience (advantageous)
• Matric (advantageous)

Key Responsibilities

• Cleaning & Maintenance
  • Maintain a clean, sanitary, and comfortable environment.
  • Ensure work areas (inside and outside, including car park areas) are tidy before opening, during service, and at closing.
  • Sweep, mop, scrub, and vacuum floors.
  • Empty, wash, and sanitize bins, replacing them with new refuse bags.
  • Clean tables, counters, chairs, TV screens, furniture, lights, and equipment.
  • Keep service areas neat during peak and quiet periods.
  • Use cleaning chemicals and detergents appropriately.
  • Clean branch aircon filters weekly.
• Equipment & Repairs
  • Request new cleaning supplies or worn equipment (mops, brooms, dusters) as needed.
  • Report breakages or damages to the Branch Manager.
  • Maintain gaming area furniture—monitor seat covers, adjust table legs, and request refurbishments if needed.
