Introduction
Servest, a leader in Integrated Facilities Management, is looking for a dynamic and driven Sales Consultant to join its Landscaping & Turf Business Unit in Cape Town. This role reports directly to the Sales Manager.

Minimum Requirements
- National Senior Certificate / Grade 12
- Bachelor’s degree / Relevant tertiary qualification
- 8 – 10 years of experience in a similar role
- Excellent verbal and listening skills
- Strong ability to interpret customer needs
- Valid, unendorsed driver’s license and own transport
- Understanding of local market conditions and natural turf knowledge
- Self-starter and team player
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Fully computer literate
- Ability to work under pressure and independently
- Willingness to make occasional personal sacrifices to meet deadlines
Key Responsibilities
- Engage in sales and business development activities
- Establish and maintain relationships with key influencers and decision-makers
- Secure new accounts and grow revenue from new business opportunities
- Develop solutions and prepare proposal documentation
- Gather and analyze competitor information to improve Servest’s competitive position
- Contact and follow up with new and potential customers
- Conduct well-prepared and targeted presentations
- Align with corporate and divisional strategies in collaboration with sales and operations teams
- Contribute to the development of a comprehensive and adaptable sales forecast
