Key Responsibilities

Time & Attendance Management

• Compile employee time-related transactions
• Verify attendance, hours worked, and time zoning
• Complete, verify, and process administrative forms and documentation
• Prepare shift attendance reports (weekly & monthly) for HR verification
• Maintain clocking systems (cleaning & power supply)
• Ensure all new staff are loaded onto the Time & Attendance (T&A) system before their start date
• Provide support to employees & management on timekeeping issues
• Log calls to relevant service providers for system support

Stakeholder Relations

• Build and maintain relationships internally and externally
• Ensure open communication channels with all relevant stakeholders
• Assist with queries and provide timely feedback
• Provide client satisfaction feedback to improve service levels

Financial & Compliance Management

• Adhere to cost-saving initiatives
• Align with responsible mining principles (RGMPs, eTfS, ICCM)
• Maintain and comply with SHE standards
• Participate in risk assessments and ensure policy adherence
• Comply with Quality Management System (QMS) requirements

Operational Excellence & Safety

• Ensure safe production practices and health standards
• Improve company position on the global industry cost curve
