Introduction
Servest is seeking a dynamic and driven Operations Manager to oversee cleaning operations across multiple sites in Mpumalanga. This role plays a key part in delivering service excellence, managing people and contracts, and ensuring client satisfaction.

Minimum Requirements
- Matric / Grade 12
- Business Management or related qualification
- 3–5 years experience in an Operations Manager or similar role
- Cleaning industry experience (advantageous)
- Strong computer literacy (MS Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent communication & problem-solving skills
- Valid driver’s license and own transport
- Clear criminal record
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee cleaning operations to meet service level agreements
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Conduct site visits, develop cleaning plans, and manage performance
- Oversee chemical/consumable supply and equipment condition
- Start-up management for new contracts (recruitment, induction, planning)
- Manage assets, costs, and profitability
- Lead and develop site staff (scheduling, training, performance reviews)
- Drive upselling and retention on existing contracts
- Enforce adherence to Servest policies and procedures
