Introduction

Servest is seeking a dynamic and driven Operations Manager to oversee cleaning operations across multiple sites in Mpumalanga. This role plays a key part in delivering service excellence, managing people and contracts, and ensuring client satisfaction.

Minimum Requirements

  • Matric / Grade 12
  • Business Management or related qualification
  • 3–5 years experience in an Operations Manager or similar role
  • Cleaning industry experience (advantageous)
  • Strong computer literacy (MS Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Excellent communication & problem-solving skills
  • Valid driver’s license and own transport
  • Clear criminal record

 



 



 

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee cleaning operations to meet service level agreements
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Conduct site visits, develop cleaning plans, and manage performance
  • Oversee chemical/consumable supply and equipment condition
  • Start-up management for new contracts (recruitment, induction, planning)
  • Manage assets, costs, and profitability
  • Lead and develop site staff (scheduling, training, performance reviews)
  • Drive upselling and retention on existing contracts
  • Enforce adherence to Servest policies and procedures
