Requirements

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in Cash & Carry, Wholesale, and informal trade (non-negotiable)
• Solid door-to-door sales history
• Matric (minimum); Diploma or Advanced Certificate preferred
• Intermediate computer skills (order management and reporting)
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Self-motivated, independent, and familiar with rural/township dynamics
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively

Your Key Responsibilities

• Territory Coverage: Travel across KZN’s townships to build strong client relationships
• Cold Calling: Proactively connect with new retailers and vendors
• Door-to-Door Sales: Sell grocery staples to informal retailers and spaza shops
• Sales Cycle Management: Plan and execute efficient call cycles
• Retail Knowledge: Understand township trade and informal retail buying behaviour
