Sales & Service Consultant

Lesaka Technologies’ EasyPay Everywhere division has an opportunity available for a Sales & Service Consultant to join their team in Mount Ayliff. The primary purpose of this role is to acquire, educate, and provide sales and service support to customers while driving digital migration and promoting complementary products. Key Responsibilities
- Engage directly with customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Perform regulatory checks including FICA, POPI, and NCR to ensure compliance.
- Support customers with account servicing, card issuing, and general queries.
- Drive sales by converting leads into successful sales and meeting agreed sales targets.
- Promote digital channels to enhance service efficiency and support digital adoption.
- Ensure activation is prioritized during onboarding processes.
- Retain customers through excellent client service, query resolution, and complaint handling.
- Comply with all regulatory and company-specific requirements including FAIS, TCF, and internal procedures.
- Collaborate effectively within the team and support colleagues when needed.
- Contribute to the improvement of customer experience by identifying and addressing issues proactively.
Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12 / NQF Level 4 Qualification
- 1-2 years’ relevant experience in sales or customer service
- Computer literate (Microsoft Office)
- FAIS compliance
Preferred Qualifications
- NQF Level 5 Qualification relevant to the Financial Services sector
- Regulatory Exam (RE) qualification
- A recognized business diploma or higher certificate at NQF Level 6
