Key Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer care and interact courteously with customers.
• Maintain high store condition and visual merchandising standards.
• Merchandise products according to standards.
• Check quality, rotate stock, and remove expired items.
• Prevent wastage, shrinkage, and damages.
• Check and maintain temperatures and the cold chain (where applicable).
• Maintain hygiene, housekeeping, and safe working standards (both on the floor and in the back-up areas).
• Check correct pricing (labels).
• Adhere to and maintain security procedures.
• Operate and clean equipment according to laid-down standards.
• Respond to customer queries in a courteous manner.
• Promote products and services effectively.

• Able to work under pressure.
• Passion for retail and customer service.
• Proficient in English.
• Assertive and able to communicate effectively.
