WeBuyCars is seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Junior Creditors Data Capturer. The ideal candidate will assist with daily financial administration tasks and ensure accurate processing of creditor data.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Manage the POP mailbox daily
• File all proof of payments daily
• Match payments daily
• Handle general queries related to processing and reconciliation
• Assist with capturing invoices on identified accounts
• Support daily printing and allocations
• File monthly accounts

Requirements

• Matric Certificate
• Previous accounting, administration, or data posting experience is an advantage
• Knowledge of Evolve system is a plus
• Own reliable transport with a valid driver’s license
