Preseller Merchandiser

Introduction

CCBSA is seeking a dynamic and skilled individual to join our Sales Department as a Preseller Merchandiser. The role is focused on growing sales volume, facilitating the order process, and implementing merchandising standards for direct and indirect customers in an assigned area. This position reports to the Sales Team Leader.

Key Responsibilities

• Sales Support: Assist in achieving sales targets and order generation.
• Merchandising Standards: Optimize execution standards in customer outlets.
• Customer Service: Build and maintain positive relationships, manage company assets, and ensure high-quality service.
• Data Management: Manage and analyze customer information for optimized service.
• Daily Route Execution: Walk assigned routes, interact with customers, and ensure high merchandising standards.

Qualifications & Experience

• Education: Matric/Grade 12 with Mathematics. A relevant 3-year post-matric qualification is advantageous.
• Experience: At least 1 year of merchandising or sales experience in FMCG is preferred.
• License: Valid, unendorsed code 8 driver’s license.
