Introduction
The Mr Price Group invites applications for its Store Manager Talent Pool for Mr Price Cellular Stores in Limpopo locations such as Thohoyandou and Jane Furse. As a Store Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of a Mr Price Money Cellular store, ensuring objectives, store targets, innovation, and customer service standards are met.

Key Responsibilities
- Stock Management:
- Manage stock receipt, unpacking, and merchandise replenishment.
- Monitor stock levels, conduct stock counts, handle stock losses, and maintain stockroom standards.
- Oversee authorizations for write-offs, repairs, returns, and other inventory actions.
- Sales Growth & Profitability:
- Analyze sales/profitability reports, implement action plans, and control store expenditure.
- Enhance sales performance through in-store marketing and competitor analysis.
- Promote credit, insurance, mobile, and cellular sales to achieve budget goals.
- Risk Management: Conduct compliance checks, ensuring adherence to policies on admin, store audits, safety, and security.
- Customer Experience: Implement customer service processes, including markdowns, repricing, promotions, and visual standards.
- Leadership & Development: Lead the team to achieve KPIs, oversee training, performance management, and succession planning.
- Innovation: Implement initiatives from Head Office (e.g., Mpos, MRP Empower, E-docs, Money Hub) to enhance in-store efficiency.
Qualifications
- Education: NQF Level 4 (Grade 12) or equivalent.
- Experience: 3 years in a store management role.
- Skills: Sales and service management, budgeting, computer literacy, and strong communication skills.
- Knowledge: Understanding of retail, customer service, cellular products, and insurance.
