Minimum Requirements
- National Senior Certificate (NQF Level 4) with relevant post-matric certificate in Computer Operation/Practice
- Knowledge of data capturing and raw data analysis
- Certificate in Computer Literacy
- Skills in file and record management, form design, and backup systems
Key Responsibilities
- Data Capturing Services: Receive, record, and capture data in required formats, such as databases, tables, or spreadsheets
- Data Verification Services: Verify and address missing data or errors during data entry, ensuring accuracy in records
- Data Management Services: Perform regular backups, update statistics, and maintain data securely
- Record-Keeping Services: Organize, secure, and maintain files and records, providing information as needed to relevant departments
