Groundsman
Introduction
The Department of Roads and Transport is seeking a dedicated Groundsman to support in maintaining the premises and surrounding areas, including gardening, minor repairs, and equipment maintenance. This is a great role for someone who enjoys working outdoors and takes pride in keeping spaces clean and well-maintained.

Requirements
- Qualifications: ABET or equivalent qualification.
- Skills: Basic numeracy, strong verbal and written communication skills, teamwork, and ability to work under pressure.
- Competencies: Knowledge of work procedures relevant to the role and environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain premises by providing routine gardening services, including watering, pruning, trimming, mowing, and weed removal.
- Remove garden refuse and apply insecticides as needed.
- Cultivate soil for trees and flowers and maintain gardening tools and equipment.
- Report and repair minor defects in gardening equipment and tools.
