Duties & Responsibilities

• Task Execution: Perform designated cleaning tasks efficiently and within the allocated time frame.
• Opportunity Identification: Proactively identify additional cleaning tasks to enhance site cleanliness.
• Facility Maintenance: Conduct cleaning in assigned areas, including offices, wards, and public spaces, following the directives of the Line Manager.
• Hygiene Standards: Maintain Tsebo’s high standards of hygiene and cleanliness.
• Customer Service: Promote positive client relationships through attentive and courteous interactions.

Skills and Competencies

• Personal Hygiene and Appearance: Maintain a neat and presentable appearance.
• Soft Skills: Exhibit friendliness and professionalism, with good communication skills and a welcoming demeanor.
• Attention to Detail: Ensure thoroughness in cleaning tasks and an eye for detail.
• Self-Management: Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Cleaning Equipment Knowledge: Familiarity with cleaning equipment, such as buffing machines, is an advantage.
• Energy Levels: High energy and stamina to manage physical tasks.

Qualifications

• Education: Grade 12/11, or relevant cleaning experience.
• Experience: Previous experience in cleaning is beneficial, though a willingness to learn is essential.
• Equipment Handling: Basic understanding of cleaning equipment operation is advantageous.
