Introduction

Servest (Pty) Ltd, a leading Facilities Management Company, is seeking a Regional Sales Executive for its Cleaning Division. This position, based in Cape Town, offers a challenging and rewarding opportunity for an experienced sales professional to drive business growth and manage key client relationships. The successful candidate will report to the National Sales Manager and play a crucial role in expanding Servest’s market presence.

Minimum Requirements

To be considered for this role, applicants must have:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a sales environment, preferably within the cleaning industry.
  • Previous experience dealing with Executive Management and Key Client Accounts.
  • A high level of computer literacy and proficiency in sales reporting tools.
  • Strong reconciliation and organizational skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

 



 

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct market research and maintain an expert understanding of target industries and sectors.
  • Build and maintain a client database, ensuring comprehensive profiles and industry insights.
  • Plan and execute selling and marketing activities within allocated budgets and sales targets.
  • Respond to and follow up on sales inquiries through various communication channels.
  • Maintain and grow existing customer relationships, ensuring high retention and satisfaction levels.
  • Monitor sales activities, analyze performance, and provide management reports as required.
  • Conduct competitor and customer surveys to enhance market intelligence.
  • Implement and manage sales strategies to drive business growth and increase new business sales volumes.
  • Identify cross-selling opportunities within the Servest Group.
  • Ensure that profit levels (GP%) align with company standards.
  • Maintain the highest possible customer service standards and contribute to business development.
  • Attend training sessions as required and engage in continuous self-development.
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
