Introduction

PEP is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Administrator to provide essential administrative support to the Loss Prevention team. If you have a passion for organization, accuracy, and working in a fast-paced environment, this role is for you!

Key Responsibilities

  • Administrative Support: Assist the Loss Prevention team with daily tasks and documentation.
  • Invoice Management: Process and capture invoices for payments, ensuring accuracy and timely financial engagement with suppliers.
  • Supplier Compliance: Calculate and compile monthly supplier penalties.
  • Reporting: Generate reports on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for service providers.
  • CCTV Coordination: Request and follow up on CCTV footage from suppliers.

 



 

 

Minimum Requirements

  • Grade 12 (Matric)
  • Secretarial Certificate/Diploma or equivalent qualification (advantageous)
  • 3+ years’ experience as a Secretary/Administrator
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook Express, or G-Suite
  • Strong numerical ability and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication skills in English
  • Valid driver’s license (advantageous)
  • Knowledge of SAP and the security industry (advantageous)
  • Willingness to travel locally
