Administrator – Security
Introduction
PEP is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Administrator to provide essential administrative support to the Loss Prevention team. If you have a passion for organization, accuracy, and working in a fast-paced environment, this role is for you!

Employment Type: Full-Time
Key Responsibilities
- Administrative Support: Assist the Loss Prevention team with daily tasks and documentation.
- Invoice Management: Process and capture invoices for payments, ensuring accuracy and timely financial engagement with suppliers.
- Supplier Compliance: Calculate and compile monthly supplier penalties.
- Reporting: Generate reports on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for service providers.
- CCTV Coordination: Request and follow up on CCTV footage from suppliers.
Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12 (Matric)
- Secretarial Certificate/Diploma or equivalent qualification (advantageous)
- 3+ years’ experience as a Secretary/Administrator
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook Express, or G-Suite
- Strong numerical ability and organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Valid driver’s license (advantageous)
- Knowledge of SAP and the security industry (advantageous)
- Willingness to travel locally
