Servest (Pty) Ltd, a leading Facilities Management Company, is looking for a Regional Sales Executive to join its Cleaning Division in Gqeberha. Reporting to the National Sales Manager, this role presents a dynamic opportunity for an experienced sales professional to drive business growth and manage key client relationships.

Minimum Requirements

To be considered for this role, applicants must have:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a sales environment, preferably within the cleaning industry.
  • Previous experience dealing with Executive Management and Key Client Accounts.
  • A high level of computer literacy and proficiency in sales reporting tools.
  • Strong reconciliation and organizational skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

 



 

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct market research and maintain expert-level knowledge of target industries.
  • Build and maintain a client database, ensuring comprehensive profiles and insights.
  • Plan and execute selling and marketing activities within allocated budgets and sales targets.
  • Respond to and follow up on sales inquiries via calls, emails, and in-person meetings.
  • Maintain and expand the existing customer base, ensuring high retention and satisfaction.
  • Monitor sales activities, analyze performance, and provide management reports as required.
  • Conduct competitor and customer surveys to enhance market intelligence.
  • Implement and manage sales strategies to drive business growth and increase new business sales volumes.
  • Identify cross-selling opportunities within the Servest Group.
  • Ensure profit levels (GP%) align with company targets.
  • Maintain high customer service standards and contribute to business development.
  • Attend training as required and engage in continuous self-development.
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
