Key Responsibilities

• Customer Service & Sales:
  • Assist customers with opening betting accounts and handling queries.
  • Promote mobile betting and increase the online customer base.
  • Demonstrate and explain mobile products and services to drive sales.
• Marketing & Outreach:
  • Conduct mobile marketing campaigns to increase sign-ups.
  • Set up and manage promotional displays at events and outlets.
  • Educate customers on betting procedures, mobile usage, and sign-up bonuses.
• Operational Duties:
  • Ensure accurate record-keeping and submit daily sales reports.
  • Assist customers with FICA compliance for account registration.
  • Maintain and safeguard all mobile sales equipment.
  • Stay updated on betting trends through weekly training.
  • Travel between branches and stores as required.

 

 

 

Minimum Requirements

• Previous experience in sales, promotions, or customer service.
• Strong knowledge of mobile and internet betting (preferred).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
