Introduction

Coca-Cola Beverages South Africa (CCBSA) is offering a Packaging Learnership opportunity. This SAQA-registered qualification will equip learners with essential skills in the food and beverage packaging environment, enhancing their career prospects in beverage manufacturing and the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) industry.

Learnership Structure

The program includes:

• Theoretical training combined with on-the-job learning.
• Exposure to bottling processes and procedures.
• Training in safety and housekeeping standards.
• Quality control and testing.
• Beverage handling practices.

• Self-motivated with attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in teams.
• Strong interpersonal skills.

Minimum Qualifications & Requirements

Education & Experience:

• Grade 12 with Maths or Maths Literacy (40%) and Science (50%).
• N5/N6 in a technical field is advantageous.
• Must be a South African Citizen.
• Must be an Employment Equity candidate.
• Age: 18-35 years.
• Passed two South African languages (40%).
• Must be unemployed at the time of appointment.
• Must not have previously completed a similar qualification/learnership.
