Remuneration

  • R138 486 – R163 131 per annum
  • Plus benefits including:
    • 13th cheque
    • Pension fund contribution

Minimum Requirements

  • Basic numeracy and literacy skills
  • Good communication skills
  • Appropriate general cleaning experience
  • Ability to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays

Key Responsibilities

  • Collect healthcare risk waste within the hospital and designated external areas
  • Operate cleaning equipment within waste management areas
  • Support the General Foreman in Environmental Health and Hygiene Services
  • Ensure compliance with waste collection and hygiene policies
  • Maintain cleanliness and safety standards

Additional Information

  • Candidates will be required to undergo a practical assessment
  • Ability to perform physical tasks is essential
