Minimum Requirements

• Grade 12 / National Senior Certificate or equivalent
• Computer literacy
• Experience in data capturing
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good analytical and numerical skills

Advantageous:

• Diploma or additional qualifications

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Capture data accurately and in real-time
• Answer incoming calls and provide assistance
• Perform general office administration duties
• Conduct data reconciliation and analysis
• Identify and resolve data gaps
• Capture data on systems such as:
• • DHIS
  • SAP-HIS
  • Tier.net
