Regional Admin Manager

Shoprite Holdings is recruiting a Regional Admin Managers for its OK Furniture division in Limpopo, Durban and Gqeberha. This role is responsible for managing and training store management and administrative teams across the region, ensuring compliance with company policies, and improving financial performance while reducing shrinkage.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Manage and train store management and administrative staff
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
• Support financial performance within budget constraints
• Reduce shrinkage across stores in the region
• Oversee document management for stores
• Assist Head Office with ad hoc administrative functions
• Travel to stores across the region as required
• Support implementation of management systems and processes

Minimum Requirements

Qualifications:

• Matric (Grade 12) – essential
• Business Administration qualification (advantageous)
• Valid driver’s licence

Experience:

• 3–5 years’ experience in a managerial role
• Exposure to retail or furniture industry systems

• Strong leadership and people management skills (including IR)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Time management and organisational ability
• Retail financial management skills
• Project management skills
• Strong problem-solving ability
• Computer literacy (MS Office; SAP advantageous)
