Minimum Requirements
Option 1:
- Grade 12 / National Senior Certificate (6 subjects) with:
- Mathematics or Technical Mathematics
- English
- Physical Science or Technical Science
OR
Option 2:
- N3 Certificate (6 subjects) with:
- Mathematics
- English
- Engineering Science
Key Responsibilities
- Participate fully in the learnership programme
- Complete all assessments successfully
- Attend structured training and workplace learning sessions
- Engage in workplace readiness activities
- Develop technical and operational skills in plant processes
