Minimum Requirements

Option 1:

• Grade 12 / National Senior Certificate (6 subjects) with:
  • Mathematics or Technical Mathematics
  • English
  • Physical Science or Technical Science

OR

Option 2:

• N3 Certificate (6 subjects) with:
  • Mathematics
  • English
  • Engineering Science

Key Responsibilities

• Participate fully in the learnership programme
• Complete all assessments successfully
• Attend structured training and workplace learning sessions
• Engage in workplace readiness activities
• Develop technical and operational skills in plant processes

Working Conditions

• Industrial and plant environment
• Combination of classroom learning and on-the-job training
