Key Duties & Responsibilities

  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards according to SOP
  • Ensure food safety standards are followed
  • Prepare menu items according to SOP and required speed of service
  • Deliver excellent customer service
  • Support overall store operations

Minimum Requirements

  • National Senior Certificate (Matric)
  • Minimum 1 year experience in restaurant or fast-food service
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Good verbal communication skills

Working Conditions

  • Fast-paced restaurant environment
  • Shift work, including weekends and public holidays
