Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards according to SOP
- Ensure food safety standards are followed
- Prepare menu items according to SOP and required speed of service
- Deliver excellent customer service
- Support overall store operations
Minimum Requirements
- National Senior Certificate (Matric)
- Minimum 1 year experience in restaurant or fast-food service
- Strong customer service skills
- Good verbal communication skills
Working Conditions
- Fast-paced restaurant environment
- Shift work, including weekends and public holidays
